Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in exchange for store credit only. The store credit will be for the value of the goods and will exclude what you paid for shipping. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and in original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email hello@littleinklingco.com.au or complete a contact form and we will send you a returns form to complete, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Place the item securely in its original packaging and together with the completed returns form and proof of purchase. Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition, assuming the condition of the goods is acceptable, we will process the return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process the return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and the store credit has been applied to your account.
To view your store credit, you must first log in to your account. Once logged in, you will see your available store credit listed in the top menu bar of the homepage or on your account page. When you go to check out, you will be given the option to use your store credit to pay for your order, or you may save your store credit for a future purchase.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
