All product prices and shipping fees shown on the website are in Australian dollars and GST inclusive.
We reserve the right to change pricing on this website at any time without notice.
Payments
We accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and Afterpay.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled as they are usually despatched within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days).
Shipping
We ship within Australia only. Please enter an Australian delivery address.
Our preferred shipping service is Australia Post. When you place an order, you have the option to select:
- standard eParcel $9.95 or free on orders over $25
- express eParcel $14.95
Both are trackable and require a signature. If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, the parcel will be taken to your nearest post office for collection. For national deliveries a tracking number will be emailed to you after the order is placed, you can then track your order though the Australia Post website. Please review the Australia Post domestic delivery times based on the destination of your delivery. Current Australia Post disruptions can also be reviewed.
